FY27 open enrollment | website is now live

Open Enrollment is LIVE!

Forms are located on the Open Enrollment Website, along with training, plan changes, documents, and more. Forms are available until 5pm AKST on Tuesday, April 21st. Late forms are not accepted.

All forms must be submitted by 5:00pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Late submissions are not accepted. 


Who needs to take action?

You only need to submit an Open Enrollment form if you want to:

  • Update current coverages
  • Update covered dependent(s) (spouse/FIP and children)
  • Enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Thinking about changing your coverage?

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and update your benefits, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Supplemental life (employee, spouse, and child(ren)) and AD&D coverage
  • Corestream voluntary benefits including:
    • Hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident insurance
    • LegalShield coverage and identity theft coverage
    • Pet insurance
  • MASA air and ground emergency transportation

Review current benefits on UAOnline > Employee Profile → Employee Dashboard →  Benefits →  Current Summary →  Select. Corestream and MASA benefits are available through their respective portals. 


What happens if no form is submitted?

  • Current benefit elections and dependents will continue into FY27 with no changes (as long as the dependents remain eligible).
  • FSAs do not rollover. If you do not submit a form to enroll for FY27, FSA coverage will end on June 30, 2026.
