Alaska SBDC offers free 'Starting a Business' class, June 24 in Anchorage

The Alaska Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will offer a free "Starting a Buiness' class on June 24. This is an in person workshop on and participants are recommended to register early, as seating is limited.

During "Starting a Business," Anchorage SBDC Business Advisor, Ginny Grabowski, will discuss the initial steps and considerations for starting a small business, such as:

• business licensing
• legal forms of business
• business record-keeping
• hiring employees
• business planning
• access to financing
