UA Land Management releases home for sale in Palmer

On Friday, June 13, 2025, UA Land Management released a residential home for sale through the Competitive Land Sale Program. The 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is located at 14012 E. River Bend Cir. Palmer, AK, with unimpeded views of Pioneer Peak on 0.82 acres of usable land. Revenue from the house sale will exclusively support the Croxton Family Fellowship, an endowment for graduate students at the University of Alaska Museum of the North, thanks to the legacy of UA donor Mary F. Croxton.
